collegiate experience and a strong academic background, including in the completion of MSC Catering
science and hotel management. He is known for his innovative teaching methods and dedication to

Chef Amaresh panda is a highly skilled and dedicated member at Minerva college of
catering and hotel management. With 33 years of industry experience as an executive chef he is well
known for his practical approach for teaching and commitment to student development. He insights
with academic learning to prepare students for the dynamic hospitality sector.He also provides
students with a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training areas such as culinary arts,
hospitality operations and event management.He is expertise in food production, kitchen management
and hospitality.
Assistant professor
Prof.K.Regdhessh is qualified with BSC Catering and hotel management and MBA(HR).He
has over 17 years
of collegiate teaching experience in various institutions.He is an accomplished member of the food
and beverage service faculty at Minerva college of catering and hotel management and expertise in
hospitality and service management. With a strong background in restaurant operations, beverage
management and guest services, he is committed to equipping students with the skills and knowledge
essential for excelling in the dynamic food and beverage industry.
Assistant Professor
Prof.R.Indira is an expert in the field of pastry and a valued member of the faculty
at Minerva
college of catering and hotel management. She has qualified with BSC Catering and hotel management,
MBA Tourism and hotel management.With 5 years of collegiate teaching experience in professional
baking and pastry making. She specializes in teaching advanced techniques in patisserie, dessert
preparation and bakery management.She combines creativity and precision, inspiring students are
well-prepared for careers in the competitive world of pastry and confectionery.

Mrs.L.Hemashree is a dedicated English faculty at Minerva college of catering and

She has qualified with MA English literature with years of collegiate teaching experience. She is
